Become a part of Montecito history!  Available for rent for the first time, beginning July1st, 2022 (with a 30 day minimum stay) this historical gem, "El Molino", is the original olive mill factory that brought commerce to Montecito and is the property behind the namesake street.  Lovingly updated without diminishing the old world feel, the fully furnished property is gated, fully fenced, generously set back from the street and offers plenty of rooms for entertaining, working, lounging and more.  The brand new kitchen is offset with original exposed stone that is prevalent throughout the first floor.  

With one garden view bedroom and ensuite bathroom on the first floor (off of the butler's pantry) it is perfectly laid out for guests that prefer to not climb stairs or would like separation from the 2nd floor living areas.  Four gorgeous stone fireplaces can be found in the dining room, family room, spacious en suite room currently set up as an office, and of course the generous primary bedroom suite. 

On the second floor there are multiple rooms, 3 of which are currently set up as bedrooms and each with a private bathroom.  The east wing on the second story has a laundry room and is directly across from the staircase leading to the expansive 3rd story that is set up as a game room/play room, complete with wet bar.  

Last but not least, are the park-like grounds with gorgeous oaks, outdoor dining area and outdoor lounge seating.  There is also a picnic table in the "woods" and grassy areas for fun.  Just outside the gates you will find ourself on Olive Mill Road with a walking path that leads you to the Lower Village and the beach in a short 5-10 minute walk.
