Clare Lombardi
Clare has been working across many facets of real estate for over two decades. Being an active real estate investor herself she has first-hand knowledge of what it takes to successfully manage properties for maximum returns to achieve financial success. Identifying owner's goals, catering services to meet unique client needs and managing tenant client relations are of paramount importance to Clare and are responsible for her continued business growth. Her experience spans across single and multi-family, manufactured housing, pre-fab & modular dwellings as well as commercial and industrial. When not managing properties or providing real estate consulting services, Clare spends time with her young son Johnny and large local family (many whom are entrepreneurs in our community) enjoying the many natural treasures that Central Coast outdoors has to offer.

Laura Miller
Raised in Southern California and making Santa Barbara her home since 1995, Laura makes it a priority to live what she considers the SB Life. Her work experience has traversed multiple industries but has always maintained the common theme of relationships, the highest level of service, accountability and commitment. With a tenacious work ethic she has had successful careers in wealth management as a financial advisor, advertising technology and real estate technology. Having a love a real estate she has been investing in real estate and helping others discover and invest in real estate for years. Laura has a unique perspective on the evolution of real estate and how people use space as well as how data and technology will continue to infiltrate the industry to its benefit.
Laura lives in Santa Barbara with her husband and two kids where they love to live like tourists and embrace the tight community Santa Barbara exudes. Spending tons of beach time and generally being outside as much as possible is a priority. Laura holds a Master's in Business Administration and is a UCSB alum.
